It is a scientific and technical division that supports its work by using specialized software to maintain and update the university’s human resources databases, prepare a database for all university affiliates and formations, in addition to entering data on special computer programs. This division represents the link between the databases in the colleges and departments of the presidency, and is linked to the department of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs.
Tasks:
- Establishing the studies of the College of Science and Technology, and supervising the training programs prepared by the College of Science and Technology, and supervising the training programs prepared by the College.
- Updating the systems for morning and evening preliminary studies, as well as collecting, tabulating and analyzing statistical data and information about the college, students, teachers and employees, as well as data and information related to the work of the rest of the college and its departments, including statistics and training courses, and providing information services to the entities that need statistics.
- Preparing admission plans according to the strategic directions of the university.
