Unit of Employment, Personnel, and Retirement

This unit is connected to the Human Resources department and is responsible for monitoring personnel affairs and issuing administrative orders related to transfers, appointments, assignments, authorizations, disengagements, commencements, preparing the college’s organizational structure, preparing a database of teaching and administrative staff. Additionally, this unit processes retirement transactions by organizing service records and completing the required documents for those referred for retirement among teachers and employees based on their request or to meet the legal age requirement.
