Unit of Employee Affairs and Academic Staff

This unit is linked to the Human Resources Department and is responsible for monitoring the affairs of teaching staff and employees, including granting them annual bonuses, preparing lists of eligible candidates for promotions, granting various types of leave (regular with pay, without pay, sick leave, maternity leave, study leave, and summer leave), issuing post-leave instructions, preparing annual performance evaluation forms, organizing employees’ and teaching staff’s files, and electronically archiving them.
