It undertakes the task of communication between citizens and various university departments, striving to overcome any difficulties they may encounter during their visits to the university in order to complete their transactions. It receives citizens, listens to their complaints, and directs them to the appropriate destination for departmental review or to receive their request or complaint for opinion clarification and preparation of the briefing to be presented to the Dean and then to the university president. It serves as the main outlet for receiving citizens’ requests and complaints, sorting them out, organizing them, and submitting detailed statistical reports daily to the Dean of the college. Additionally, it focuses on safeguarding the interests of citizens and enhancing close relations between citizens and the college within the framework of objectivity, transparency, and mutual respect.
