The Scientific Assistant to the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences took part as a member of a Master’s thesis defense committee held at the University of Mosul.
The thesis, submitted by the student Manal Yahya Ismail from the Department of Civilization – College of Archaeology, on May 27, 2025, was titled:
“Abuse and Assault on Animals in Hittite Law and the Laws of Mesopotamia – A Comparative Study.”
Assistant Professor Dr. Jasim Abbas Mohsin contributed to the defense process by granting approval of the thesis during the discussion session, held in Dr. Behnam Abu Al-Soof Hall, alongside a group of professors from the University of Mosul. His participation was marked by precise observations and strong academic insight.
