Mission
To provide an organized and secure storage environment by storing, safeguarding, and distributing the College’s supplies, equipment, and materials in a manner that ensures:
- Accuracy and speed in supply distribution.
- Optimal use of resources.
- Support for academic and administrative departments to enhance the educational and teaching process.
Objectives
- Organize the receipt and issuance of materials according to approved procedures.
- Ensure the safety of stock from damage or loss through the implementation of precise monitoring systems.
- Provide educational and administrative supplies to departments in a timely manner.
- Establish a modern electronic database for inventory management.
- Rationalize resource use and achieve economic efficiency.
- Contribute to improving the work environment and supporting the quality of education in the College.
- Promote transparency and accountability in asset management.
