Vision:
To be a reliable and efficient unit that ensures accurate, timely, and transparent management of staff salaries and records, supporting the college’s administrative and financial stability.

Mission:
To organize, process, and maintain all payrolls and related staff entitlements in accordance with administrative orders, ensuring compliance with university regulations and financial laws, while providing accurate records for reporting and auditing purposes.

Objectives:

  1. Ensure accurate preparation of monthly payrolls and entitlements for all college staff, including appointments, transfers, terminations, allowances, and academic titles.
  2. Coordinate with the University Presidency and the Ministry of Finance to standardize payrolls and secure necessary funding.
  3. Maintain a precise and up-to-date salary register for all staff, recording payroll data systematically each month.
  4. Support transparency, accountability, and compliance with financial and administrative regulations.
  5. Continuously improve payroll procedures and record-keeping practices to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
