The Department of English at Al-Hamdaniya University was established in 2010, and the first class graduated in 2014.<\/p>\n
Since its founding, the Department has pursued a clear academic and scientific policy, along with a vision, mission, and objectives it aspires to achieve over the course of four academic years. It aims to promote research in its specific fields of study and provide students with the qualifications and skills necessary to meet the demands of the labor market. The department supports interdisciplinary research across a wide range of subjects by fostering collaboration with other departments within Al-Hamdaniya University and other universities in Iraq and abroad. Furthermore, it promotes communication and research collaboration with universities in various countries through joint research projects, conferences, and workshops. During the department’s fourteen-year history, faculty members have led numerous research and teaching projects. Many of our graduates now continue their studies at renowned universities abroad.<\/p>\n
