Documents and Certificates Unit

Vision:
The College of Education for Human Sciences aspires to be a leading college locally and regionally by contributing to the provision of distinguished services to graduates, working with a spirit of teamwork to issue graduate documents, complete their procedures, and rely on modern technologies for the receipt of their documents.

Mission:
To provide all possible services to graduates through issuing their academic documents, wall certificates, and official letters of verification, while utilizing QR codes for documents and wall certificates as an alternative to paper-based issuance.

Objectives:

  1. To prioritize graduates and address all administrative and technical matters related to them.
  2. To complete requests for documents, letters of verification, and wall certificates as quickly as possible.
  3. To ensure reliability in verifying graduates’ information and grades, while maintaining high accuracy in printing.

Tasks of the Documents Unit:

  1. Organizing and issuing graduate documents in Arabic.
  2. Issuing wall certificates for graduates in both Arabic and English, along with graduation verification letters.
  3. Responding to requests for document authentication received from various ministries and workplaces.
  4. Retaining copies of master sheets and preserving and archiving graduation orders for graduates.
  5. Implementing electronic archiving, maintaining, and organizing graduate files for received documents, arranged according to graduation batch.
  6. Organizing graduate files for each graduation batch.
