Admissions and Registration Unit

The Admissions and Registration Unit manages a student’s file from the moment of acceptance to the college until their official registration is confirmed, and it is usually directly linked to the Registration Department. Its tasks are as follows:

  • New student registration
  • Monitoring student registration during the specified period
  • Registration will be confirmed or the student will be considered to have failed to register, according to the instructions.
  • Organizing transportation, accommodation, and return to studies

In coordination with the ministry, the university and the academic departments.

  • Issuing administrative orders for students

(Acceptance, transfer, cancellation of registration, reinstatement, postponement).

  • Answering student inquiries

Regarding admission, registration, conditions, and appeals.
