Documents Unit

The Documents Unit is responsible for all matters related to issuing, verifying, and archiving official academic documents for students and graduates, and is considered a sensitive unit within the Registry Department. Its tasks typically include:

  • Issuance of official academic documents

(Graduation certificate, graduation confirmation, student confirmation, transcript, lost replacement).

  • Preserving files and original copies
  • Archiving and protecting graduate and student documents from damage or loss.
  • Issuing documents to official entities only
  • Preventing forgery and manipulation through coordination with admissions, registration and the data unit to ensure the accuracy of information before any release.
